As a recipient of Federal Title IV funds, Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) is required to collect, publish and disseminate certain information to students, prospective students and employees. The college will also provide a copy of this information including the full Annual Crime Statistics Report if requested.

FAMILY EDUCATION RIGHTS & PRIVACY ACT (FERPA). RRCC complies fully with FERPA, which affords students certain rights with respect to their education records, including protecting the privacy of, and insuring the right to inspect and review, the records. More information is available in the Admissions & Records Office, and additional rights and responsibilities are outlined in the Student Handbook, available in the office of Student Life.

VOTER REGISTRATION. RRCC fully supports and advocates that students and staff register to vote. Voter Registration forms are available in the Student Records Office, or on the Colorado Secretary of State web site http://www.elections.colorado.gov .
FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION is available for students and prospective students on our web site and in the Financial Aid Office.
DRUG & ALCOHOL PREVENTION INFORMATION and policies are available on our web site and in the Student Life Office. RRCC supports the efforts of local, state and federal governments in promoting a drug free America, pursuant to Public Law 101.
