Graduation Application

Important! Please read carefully.

It is strongly recommended that you contact an academic advisor before you apply for graduation. Admissions is open Monday - Thursday from 9 am until 6 pm and Friday from 9am until 5 pm. Walk-ins or appointments are welcome. Call 303.914.6255 or email for more information.

This application must be on file in the Registrar's office no later than the deadline for graduation as posted in the current schedule.

All incoming transcripts from other colleges, with credit applying to this diploma, need to be in & evaluated by the established deadline.  The deadline is found in the current schedules of classes on the calendar page.

All applications received after this deadline will be considered the following term. All items pertaining to the application must be filled out completely in order for this application to be evaluated and processed.

Application deadline is two weeks after the first day of the semester.

All financial obligations to the Community College System must be met prior to this application be submitted.
