Graduation Application

Important! Please read carefully.

It is strongly recommended that you contact an academic advisor before you apply for graduation. This will help assure that you have fulfilled the requirements for your degree/certificate. Advising is available Monday - Thursday from 9 am until 6 pm and Friday from 9am until 5 pm. Walk-ins or appointments are welcome. Call 303.914.6255 or email for more information.

This application must be on file in the Student Records office no later than the deadline for graduation as posted in the current schedule.

All incoming transcripts from other colleges, with credit applying to this diploma, need to be in and evaluated by the graduation application deadline. The deadline is found in the current schedules of classes on the calendar page.

All applications received after this deadline will be considered the following term. All items pertaining to the application must be filled out completely in order for this application to be evaluated and processed.

All financial obligations to the Community College System must be met prior to this application be submitted.

Fill in your name as you wish it to appear on your diploma. Your last name MUST match our records. For multiple degrees or certificates, a separate application is required for each degree/certificate.
