The state of Colorado requires that students successfully complete 168 hours of real estate education prior to taking the state licensing exam. REE 201 and REE 202 meet these requirements for prelicensing education.
DATES & TIMES
Spring semester 2008: Jan. 22 – May 13, 2008
Class meets three nights a week:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6 - 9:40 pm.
Because of State of Colorado Real Estate Commission requirements, attendance is mandatory. These courses must be taken concurrently.
TUITION & FEES
Resident tuition and fees for Spring of 2008 for the 12 credits is
$1040.95 cost to the student, not including books.
The actual total cost is approximately $2108.95, but the College Opportunity Fund stipend of $1068 will be paid to the college by the State of Colorado on behalf of eligible Colorado residents. Non-resident tuition and fees: $4402.15
