General Information
Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Because we believe primary caregiving and continuity of care are best for young children, we match each family with a caregiver who will stay with your family for at least two years. The children & caregivers move together to the next room each summer. To support the work, meal and rest times of the children, we ask that families arrive by 8:45 am and leave after 3pm.
The Center is closed on Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and two days during the year for College wide professional development. These are all fee days. In addition, the Center is closed between Christmas and New Year's Day and for one week each August for staff training, cleaning, maintenance, etc. No fees are charged for these two weeks.
A yearly $50.00 registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and each August thereafter, pro-rated for those who enroll in the summer. Tuition is due at the beginning of each week of care.
A schedule of closures is provided each August for the next year. We are a full day child care only. We care for children from 18 months to kindergarten entry.

"I am so thankful each and every day for the staff, parents, Early Education students, and children at the RRCC Children's Center. It's truly a community of loving and caring people with one simple goal: To provide a supportive and caring environment in which you and your child can grow and excel. You will not find a cookie cutter curriculum at the center where the children are expected to simply conform. What you will find is a creative, nurturing, and ever evolving innovative environment where the children, staff, students, and parents are all learning from each other. It's a wonderful community to be a part of!"
-Lisa, RRCC Children's Center parent
