Custom design your degree or certificate work to include trade as well as supervision and management courses. The construction technology and building maintenance technician degrees and certificates focus on combining trade skills classes with supervision, while the construction management coursework focuses primarily on supervision and technical administrative skills. At this time, the construction management coursework does not transfer to existing four year programs; work to align these programs is underway so please check with your Construction Technology advisor for updates.Construction Technology department is located at the Lakewood campus, 2nd floor, room 2661. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 1p.m.
