Eva Graziano
Law Enforcement Training Academy
Following a ten-year RRCC tradition of excellence in law enforcement training, Eva Graziano took the reins of the Red Rocks Law Enforcement Training Academy in August 2004. Eva brings an extensive background in law enforcement to the Red Rocks Academy, having served as a Sgt. with the Colorado State Patrol. Prior to CPS, Eva served as a law enforcement officer with both Adams County and Park County Sheriff’s Departments. Eva has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Denver, as well as international experience in curriculum development. Arrest control is Eva’s specialty; she is an associate staff instructor for PPCT and has studied various martial arts. Eva has spearheaded implementation at RRCC of the recent Academy curriculum changes mandated by the Colorado Peace Officers Standards and Training Board. |

Terri Lukavitch
Criminal Justice
Terri is the program director and one of the advisors for the Criminal Justice program. She teaches a broad range of criminal justice courses in the degree program. Terri has worked in the criminal justice system in Colorado since 1978. Terri has held positions in law enforcement, investigations, adult and juvenile corrections, victim assistance, and counseling. Terri has a masters degree and is completing course work for her doctorate. |
