How to Apply for an Apprenticeship Position

Prospective apprentices must be at least 17 years of age, (Proof of age required, i.e. drivers license) a high school diploma, or its equivalent is required.

The Student must secure full-time employment in a Rocky Mountain Chef's of Colorado approved sponsoring House by the Application Closing Date (September 5, 2013).

You must attend an orientation session for a list of sponsoring houses and then fill out a program application form.

The Apprenticeship Committee cannot act as an employment service, but is happy to help with placement.

Advanced Standing: Please provide employment history and/or vocational training certificate for advanced standing consideration. All applicants need to follow advanced standing procedures and testing to be submitted to the apprenticeship committee. The apprenticeship committee and sponsoring house/chef will determine if advanced standing will be awarded.
