Engineering (Preparatory) Degree: Associate of Science course of study
Students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a major in Engineering should be pursuing the Associate of Science degree. The following courses are suggested courses for transfer. Consult with a faculty or academic advisor before beginning this program of study. These courses provide the basic preparation leading to Engineering related careers (a combination of chemistry, physics, math and engineering design classes). (Students finishing the Engineering Preparatory program may only be two courses from an AS degree at RRCC.)
Students who plan to transfer to the Colorado School of Mines should consult the transfer agreement course matrix (http://www.rrcc.edu/transfer/pdfs/CSMTransferGuide.pdf) and RRCC Pathway to Transfer to CSM (link to Pathways page)
