Welcome to the Red Rocks Community College Fitness Education Center
Students
Use of the Fitness Education Center (FEC) is free to students with a valid
current semester student ID card. A mandatory orientation is required. Students
may take PED 110 (1 credit) and PED 111 (1 credit) to accumulate credits for
transfer and academic requirements.
The FEC is designed to provide you with a clean, safe and fun place to workout.
Amenities includes cardiovascular and weight training equipment, a ricochet
court, tennis court, and full service locker rooms.
The Center has a court area where students can play the game of Ricochet - a
combination of racquet ball and squash.
RRCC is now offering a 2 credit course that will prepare students for the (ACE) American Council on Exercise personal trainer exam.
