In order to be admitted to Red Rocks Community College Honors Program you must satisfy the following requirements:

1. GPA of 3.5 or above—please provide official transcript
   or
   SAT score of 1,100 or higher with no subscore below 450—please provide official transcript
   or
   ACT composite score of 26 or higher with math and English subscores of at least 21—please provide official transcript
2. 500 word essay describing how your educational goals fit with the Honors Program.
3. Successfully complete an interview process with the coordinator and one or more honors faculty.

Plus – One or more of the following:

Letter of recommendation from high school or college faculty, or employer

Evidence of ability to complete honors level work, e.g. honors completed at the high school level or place of employment

Red Rocks Community College Honors Courses completed with a grade of B or better
