Children's
Center
Located on
campus, The Children's Center provides a comprehensive childcare
preschool program for children 18 months to 5 years of age.
This service is provided for students, staff and the community.

All permanent
state employees are also eligible to receive a discount in tuition
from 7 child care providers: ABC Child Development Centers
(Greeley), Children's World, La
Petite Academy, Kindercare, Little Peoples Landing, Kids Place, Kiddie Academy.

Credit
Union
Colorado State
Employer's Credit Union offers savings accounts, free checking with
no minimum balance, insured money management fund, certificates of
deposit, ATM car, VISA debit card, no annual fee VISA credit
card, loans, and IRA. Membership available with minimum
balance of $25 and a $.50 administrative charge.
CSEAP
Colorado State
Employee Assistance Program (CSEAP) offers free confidential and
professional assistance to employee and/or family members for short
term personal or job related problems.
Leave
Annual and
Sick Leave accruals vary by classification. Please click on

K-12/Volunteer - Up to 4 hours/month available to participate in school or
community volunteer activities.
Bereavement -
Up to 40 working hours per occurrence to attend funerals of family
members.
Military -
Members of National Guard of military reserve are granted up to 15
paid days per calendar year for military training. Members of
Armed Forces called to active service are granted leave without pay,
but retain all seniority and promotional rights, status and
benefits.
Jury Duty -
Granted with pay for the period you are required to serve on jury
duty.
Family
medical leave (FMLA) - In keeping with federal regulations,
a paid and/or unpaid medical leave is available to eligible employees.

Tuition
Scholarship
Employees of
SBCCOE governed community colleges, the CCCS Office and SBCCOE Board
Members are eligible for Employee Tuition Assistance for credit
courses offered by RRCC, subject to the following restrictions:
Enrollment is on
a space-available basis; maximum of in-state tuition for twelve (12)
credits per fiscal year (i.e. Summer, Fall and Spring semesters
combined), including classes for credit and/or audit; prior approval
of the immediate supervisor is required; eligible employees are
responsible for all student and course fees
Unemployment
compensation
Financial protection for employees terminated
through no fault of their own. The benefit is determined by the
Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.
Workers'
compensation
Provides reimbursement for time, medical expenses,
and rehabilitation associated with work-related injury or illness.
Accidents must be reported immediately and a claim filed with
the Pinnacol Assurance in a timely manner.
