Constellation Comments - Employee Issues

Employees are recognized for their contributions and accomplishments.
Yeah, right. No one has ever recognized anything I've done here beyond saying a general,"Nice job." A sincere compliment now and then would go a long way.
Employee of the month is a good idea.  It seems to be a popularity contest though.
Unfortunately, this is not the case for adjunct faculty.
Usually the better politicians get recognized.
