| Textbooks cost a lot, so students often ask at the library for copies of texts. But the library doesn't carry them, and the bookstore frequently doesn't have enough books for all students. Not all students qualify for financial aid for books. I guess it's a vicious circle. |

| I have been at this institution for a very short time so I'm not exactly sure about some of these questions. But my observations have been that RRCC is very concerned about the individual student. |
