Constellation Comments - Student Issues 2

Students have convenient access to the information and resources necessary to support their learning.
There needs to be improvement in this area for weekend, evening and summer classes.
May be improving.
The LARC does a wonderful job.
Yes, but not if online services are down.
If the internet is working students can access information but if it's not, problems occur.  Also, some of our web pages could be a bit more user friendly.
Textbooks cost a lot, so students often ask at the library for copies of texts. But the library doesn't carry them, and the bookstore frequently doesn't have enough books for all students. Not all students qualify for financial aid for books. I guess it's a vicious circle.
This is one of the strengths of the college.
The library's books are so old
The library staff have done a great job keeping the library and e-resources current and accessible.
The learning labs and the library in the LARC are not supported monetarily at the college.  These support services need to be available to students more hours per week, and the labs need to be staffed by qualified tutors.
Measured student satisfaction with RRCC improves steadily.
I have been at this institution for a very short time so I'm not exactly sure about some of these questions. But my observations have been that RRCC is very concerned about the individual student.
