Britannica Online. The complete Encyclopaedia Britannica and Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Thesaurus. Also includes the Britannica Elementary, Student, and Concise Encyclopaedias. |
CQ Researcher Online. Each CQ Researcher issue offers in-depth, non-biased coverage of political and social issues, with regular reports on topics in health, international affairs, education, the environment, technology and the U.S. economy. |

JSTOR is an archive of scholarly journals in multiple disciplines covering a wide variety of topics. Articles are presented in easily downloaded pdf format. All articles found in JSTOR are scholarly/peer reviewed. |

| I'm a student. What if I don't know my student number? |
| Your student number appears on your class schedule and on your student web site which can be accessed using your social security number. |
| I'm a staff member. What if I don't have a library card or can't find it? |
| If you don't have a library card, come to the library and get one; all Red Rocks staff are eligible to receive one. If you have a library card but can't find it, call the library (303.914.6740). |
| What if I can't connect from off campus using the above method? |
| Make sure you are entering your correct number and name as described above. Letters in student numbers, in faculty/staff library card numbers and in last names are not case sensitive. |
| If you are entering your number and name correctly and still cannot connect, go to the Off Campus Access page to access the subscription services from off campus. To view this page you will need a username and password available from the library (303.914.6740, library@rrcc.edu). |
| If you cannot connect to the service using either of the two methods described above, temporarily disable any firewall(s) you are using and set your browser's security and privacy settings to Low. There is nothing in the Red Rocks library databases that will harm your computer. |
| If you still cannot connect to the service contact the library (303.914.6740, library@rrcc.edu) to report the problem. If the library is closed and you cannot connect, try again in a few hours - it's possible the off campus connection service or the subscription service is temporarily unavailable. |
| What if I can't connect from on campus? |
| Contact the library (Ext. 6740) to report the problem. If the library is closed and you cannot connect try accessing the services again in a few hours - it's possible the subscription service was temporarily unavailable but has been restored. |
