Electronic Frontier Foundation - A non-profit civil liberties organization working in the public interest to protect privacy, free expression, and access to online resources and information.
Ethics in Computing - Contains links to sites on ethical aspects of topics such as privacy, free speech, computer abuse, intellectual property, risks, commerce, and social justice.
Markkula Center for Applied Ethics: Computer & Information Ethics Resources on WWW - Articles, cases, briefings, and dialogue in all fields of applied ethics are available on this site. The center's focus areas are business, health care and biotechnology, character education, government, global leadership, technology, and emerging issues in ethics.
Privacy Site - Has daily news, information, and initiatives on privacy. The site is a joint project of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), formed focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues and to protect privacy, the First Amendment, and constitutional values, and Privacy International, a watchdog organization on surveillance by governments and corporations.
