RRCC Staff Member: Joseph Sanchez, Director of Library and Learning Resources. M.L.I.S. (Library and Information Science); also teaches Beginning Skateboarding and Introductory Algebra; born in San Diego, CA.
Joseph Sanchez has brought new energy and innovation to the RRCC Library/LARC in many ways. He now has an array of e-readers and digital cameras that staff and students can use, expanded the virtual library, and developed a digital multimedia studio for gaming and editing.
Joseph has also brought new life to other areas on campus such as being the principle advocate for the frisbee golf course and the skateboard ramp. On a sunny day, you can see Joseph out teaching Beginning Skateboarding (PER 131) to his students on the ramp near the Pavilion. He also teaches Introduction to Algebra.
