RRCC Awards Over 1,600 Degrees/Certificates at Graduation on May 14
LAKEWOOD, CO – Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) presented more than 1,600 degrees and certificates at the college’s 41st annual commencement ceremony at the Lakewood campus on Saturday, May 14. RRCC granted Associate of Science, Associate of Arts, Associate of Applied Science, and Associate of General Studies degrees, plus certificates in hundreds of fields from Accounting to Wind Technology.
Since the college’s first commencement ceremony in 1970, approximately 31,000 students have graduated from RRCC. This year's class includes 420 students graduating with honors (3.85 GPA or higher).

Special guests Nancy McCallin, president of the Colorado Community College System and Maury Dobbie, state board member also delivered remarks to the graduates and guests.
Red Rocks Community College is celebrating 41 years of serving students, the workforce, and the community. RRCC offers over 300 degrees and certificates, serving 14,000 students per year online and at campuses in Lakewood and Arvada.
