RRCC Awards Over 1,300 Degrees/Certificates at Graduation on May 12
LAKEWOOD, CO – Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) presented more than 1,300 degrees and certificates at the college’s 42nd annual commencement ceremony at the Lakewood campus on Saturday, May 12. RRCC granted Associate of Science, Associate of Arts, Associate of Applied Science, and Associate of General Studies degrees, plus certificates in hundreds of fields from Accounting to Wind Technology.
Since the college’s first commencement ceremony in 1970, approximately 31,000 students have graduated from RRCC. This year's class includes 202 Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) honor society students.

Special guests Dr. Nigel Middleton, RRCC Advisory Council Chair and Dr. John Trefny, State Board Vice Chair also delivered remarks to the graduates and guests.
