The Master's Degree Option

The Physician Assistant Program is privileged to enjoy a Master's of Medical Science degree affiliation with Saint Francis University of Loretto, Pennsylvania or a Master’s in Clinical Leadership through Regis University, Denver, Colorado.  The GRE is not required for entrance into either of the master’s programs.

Master's of Medical Science

Through a unique collaboration with Saint Francis University, students in the RRCC PA Program are offered the challenging opportunity obtain a master’s degree concurrently with their clinical training.

All of the master's curriculum is taught by distance learning, which allows Red Rocks students to take Saint Francis course work without leaving their rotations sites. Successful completion of the master's curriculum permits the student to receive the Master of Medical Science degree at the same time as the student graduates from Red Rocks without lengthening the training period beyond the 24-month PA Program curriculum.

Master's of Science in Clinical Leadership

Regis University's master's is a program designed for your busy life.  The operational structure of the master’s program reflects a commitment of creating a supportive learning environment, which balances the personal, social, and professional demand of students.  The program is designed to work around your clinical rotations by teaching courses in an every-other-weekend, accelerated format.  All classes are taught at the Regis campus. Like the St Francis master's, the Regis master’s program permits the student to receive the Master of Science in Clinical Leadership without lengthening the training period beyond the 24-month PA Program.
