Announcing Auditions for the 3rd Playwrights Boot Camp Showcase of the Western Region
When: Monday, June 20th at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Red Rocks Community College Theatre please do not include red text on the actual web page. J
What to prepare: The audition will consist of group improvisation followed by cold readings from the scripts. (Due to the nature of this project, scripts will not be available prior to auditions)
What to bring: Actors are also asked to bring 4 copies of their headshot and resume to the audition.
Directors: Sarah Roshan, Jim O’Leary, Melissa McCarl and Penelope Walrath Cole
Rehearsals and Performance: Rehearsals will begin June 21 and end July 15 with a performance on July 16 at 7:30 p.m. at Buntport Theater.
What is the Boot Camp Showcase?
As the closing event of the NEW Playwrights Boot Camp of the Western Region, the Boot Camp Showcase will consist of 12 fully produced short plays selected from the Boot Camp Challenge.
All actors will receive a small stipend.
