Red Rocks hires new Police Chief

Robert Kraus brings a wealth of experience to the college, having served for 20 years as the Deputy Chief of Operations for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, and 10 years as a police officer with the Littleton Police Department.  Bob also developed the first campus police department for Arapahoe Community College.

Bob has a Master of Science degree from Regis University in Management, and attended the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.  In addition to being a highly decorated police officer, Bob has developed highly refined management, planning and supervision skills throughout his career.  You will find him to be approachable, professional and a great asset to the Red Rocks community.
