Colorado Environmental and Cross-Connection Training Center
The Colorado Environmental Training Center (ETC) offers a diversity of programs, classes, workshops, continuing education and college curricula. Whether the need is to train entry-level personnel, provide certification to upgrade or renew training or educate supervisors and managers, the Colorado ETC has been established to meet these needs. The ETC has a close working relationship with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and those being regulated and can offer the most current information, technical assistance and on-site training.

Leadership and Team Building for Safety and Environmental Professionals
Through case studies of successful leaders and class discussion, students will learn strategies for leading change, leading teams and building teams. Introduction to Environmental Science
This course provides individuals with the basics of environmental science. The course will include basic scientific concepts in environmental math and statistics, biology, hydrology, meteorology, ecology, chemistry, toxicology, epidemiology, and geology. These concepts will be used to explain issues relating to air pollution and air pollution abatement, water pollution and water treatment, groundwater contamination and treatment, recycling and solid and hazardous waste treatment and disposal. 1.2 CEU's

Introduction to Health, Safety & Environmental Auditing
An audit is a systematic, documented, periodic, and objective review by a regulated entity of its operations related to meeting regulatory requirements. Introduction to Environmental Management Systems
This course covers the five essential elements of an Environmental Management System (EMS), based on the ISO 14001 standard. The course will help you develop an environmental policy, and design and implement an environmental management system to insure progress toward the goals set in the policy. About the Instructor
Angela Libby Jankousky has more than 20 years of experience in environmental, health and safety management. Ms. Jankousky specializes in the integration of health, safety and environmental programs into corporate decisions. She has designed and implemented environmental management systems, compliance programs, compliance audits, and due diligence audits. She has expertise in CERCLA remediation, regulatory negotiations, hazardous air pollutant regulations, safety management, safety program design, and product stewardship. Prior to founding EME Solutions, Inc., she was head of the Health, Safety, and Environment department for a large Colorado based manufacturing corporation with operations in 10 nations. She holds a B.S. in civil engineering, an M.S. in environmental engineering and an M.B.A.
