CONSTRUCTION AND GENERAL INDUSTRY OUTREACH
TRAINERS
Outreach trainers will send their requests for 10-
and 30-hour general industry and construction student cards to the
OSHA Training Institute Education Center where they last took their
trainer course (500, 501, 502, or 503, 5600).
Trainers who received Train-the-Trainer Authorization
from the Rocky Mountain Education Center at Red Rocks Community
College please send your requests for OSHA 10-hour, 30-hour Construction
or General Industry students cards or Disaster Site Worker card

Requests will be accepted via mail, email or fax.
NOTE – Trainers who took their last general
industry and construction trainer courses at two different Education
Centers will have to send their requests to two different Education
Centers.

OSHA's Outreach FAQs
How the program administration works:
OSHA Construction or General Industry Authorized
Trainers submitting their FIRST request please include:
1. A copy of your OSHA trainer certificate or pocket card.
2. An Outreach Program Report complete with trainer name address
and phone number. Indicate hours spent on each topic taught. 10
hours topics are listed at bottom of program report, please submit
30hour topics on a separate sheet.

3. A roster of students who attended your training
OSHA authorized Construction or General Industry Trainers who submit
multiple requests. Please submit a separate report for each training
conducted. Trainers who have been assigned an ID# from the RMEC can submit
request using the following forms:
Requests for Disaster Site Worker cards require the following information:
1. Disaster Site Worker Outreach Training Program Report - including
complete Training Certifications and Information section.
2. Download the Disaster Site Outreach Training Report: PDF or Microsoft Word
3. Students' names
4. A copy of your course certificate or trainer card if you do not
have an ID number.
PLEASE NOTE: Submissions will not be processed if they do not contain
all of the above information.
Submission will be reviewed for:
- Trainer qualification (valid authorization status)
- Compliance to the guidelines (topics, time, etc.)
- Completeness of information
Any discrepancies will be reviewed with the trainer, and
completed valid requests will be processed within 4-6 weeks of receipt.
