As you walk into the entrance of the Red Rocks Community College Theatre, stars wink brightly in the "sky" above an abstract landscape painted by artist and retired Red Rocks art instructor Susan Arndt. The stars indicate names of individuals and organizations who have donated equipment, funds, or services used in the construction of the Red Rocks Community College Theatre. In behalf of the students, staff, faculty, and community members who have benefited from these donors' generosity and support, we offer our sincerest thanks and gratitude.

Why we need your help

Presently, funding for Higher Education in the State of Colorado does not cover the costs of all educational programs at Red Rocks Community College. As a consequence, the college is not able to support the costs of theatre production at this time. None-the-less, it is still very important that we are able to offer our students the opportunity to apply the theories they learn in the classroom in an actual production setting. If they didn't have this opportunity, it would be like trying to teach science class without the benefit of the lab experiments.

Your participation in the "Stars" fund-raiser would greatly assist us in providing our students with the complete educational experience needed for training in the performing arts, as well as helping us to present the College and community at large with high quality, cultural events and entertaining and enlightening theatre performances.
