Campus Visits
Located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Lakewood, ours is the largest community college campus in Colorado. Visiting the Red Rocks Community College campus is really the best way to know if it’s right for you.
Informational campus visits are offered 3 days a week on a walk-in basis. Some of the areas of our beautiful campus that you will visit are: the library, the Learning Commons, the campus bookstore, “The Bridge”, the cafeteria and coffee shop, the Financial Aid and Cashier’s Offices, and the Student Employment Office. If you have already registered for classes, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn where your classes are before they start. Your tour will last approximately 30 minutes. After the tour, if you wish to take assessment tests and/or visit with an advisor, both can be accomplished without an appointment.
To participate in a campus visit, come to the Admissions Desk on one of the following days and times:
Mondays - 12:00 p.m.
Tuesdays - 10:00 a.m. (A tour will not be offered Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 10 AM).
Thursdays - 3:30 p.m.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Large groups of 10 or more may contact Nina Ysais at 303.914.6350 or nina.ysais@rrcc.edu to make special arrangements.
