Payment Dates
Please do not wait for a bill. Do not assume you have been dropped from a class for missing payment deadlines, for not attending class, or for not logging into an online class. You must ensure that you drop a class before the drop/refund date specified by each course in the schedule or you are responsible for full payment.
Since Red Rocks uses the Open Learning method of scheduling, drop/refund dates are course specific. Please review the schedule at: http://www.rrcc.edu/schedule/ to ensure you know the specific date applicable to each course in which you are enrolled. If you do not drop your class by the date noted in the schedule, you are responsible for the full cost of the course.
The Monthly Installment Payment Plan is available online with a nonrefundable enrollment fee.
Regardless of the method of payment, you assume ultimate responsibility for tuition and fees and any other debts incurred. The charge for a returned payment is $17.00. If your tuition payment is returned, you may be administratively withdrawn from all classes until the bill is paid in full.
If your account is past due and not paid in full, you will not be allowed to register for classes. Past due accounts will be turned over to the State of Colorado Central Collection Services in accordance with Colorado law and collection costs of 22 percent will be added to your account balance. Your delinquency will be reported to national credit bureaus. You will not be issued a transcript. |
