Colorado Resident Tuition
Tuition rates are set annually by the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education. These rates are effective for the Fall 2008 term and the Spring and Summer 2009 terms.

Certain courses may be subject to an additional instructional program (course) fee of $5.85 per credit hour. Cisco courses are subject to an instructional program (course) fee of $16.00 per credit hour. Other courses (such as fine woodworking) may require additional fees for materials. Materials may often be purchased from RRCC or from an outside source. Contact your instructor for additional information.

* The State of Colorado historically subsidized higher education for in-state students by giving money directly to the colleges. In 2004 the Colorado Legislature enacted a new law establishing the College Opportunity Fund (“COF”). Under this law, the State will give this money for the subsidy to students by sending it to the institution the student designates. This money, known as College Opportunity Fund stipend, will be applied to an in-state student’s tuition if the student applies for and authorizes its use. The college you are attending will receive the money and it will appear as a credit on your tuition bill. Beginning with fall term 2008, the College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend is $92.00 per credit hour. Please review your bill before each term ends and ensure your COF stipend funding has been correctly applied to your student account.
