Welcome to the Department of Water Quality Management Technology at Red Rocks Community College.

The Water Quality Management Technology Program (WQM), part of the Environmental Training Center at Red Rocks Community College, is a comprehensive program for all levels and areas of operations in the water and wastewater industry.

If you are entering the field, you will be introduced to the many functions and career opportunities within the field and can then establish an educational program that best fits your goals and interests.

If you are already working in the industry, you can obtain the education and skill levels needed for higher operator certification. We also offer courses or seminars in new technology, regulatory changes and material/equipment.

Our department offers courses leading to an an associate of applied science degree.

We are open 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
