Our Philosophy and Policy
The Colorado Community College System and Red Rocks Community College are committed to facilitating access to instruction, communication and business processes for the broadest possible audience.
Web Accessibility
CCCS and RRCC strive to employ principles of Universal Design and the use of the World Wide Web Consortium’s WCAG 2.0 standards in the design, development, implementation and enhancement of all web-based information and services.
The Colorado Community College System President’s Web Accessibility Procedure (SP 3-125g) outlines the requirements for Web accessibility in each of the CCCS colleges, including Red Rocks Community College.
RRCC has enacted a Web Accessibility Implementation Planin accordance with the above policy, including specific action plans for all major centers of online content development.
