Red Rocks Community College to Host Emergency Services and Outdoor Education Career Fair

LAKEWOOD, CO – Red Rocks Community College’s Emergency and Public Safety Department and Outdoor Education Department will host a career fair on Tuesday, April 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the RRCC Lakewood campus.

Police and fire departments, emergency management agencies, ambulance, and outdoor education & recreation services will come together to present employment opportunities to students and graduates from programs such as Fire Science Technology, Law Enforcement Academy, Emergency Management and Planning, Emergency Medical Services, Park Ranger Technology, and Outdoor Education.

The Career Fair is open to emergency services students, graduates, and all community job seekers who are interested in securing a position with police and fire departments, ambulance services, criminal justice agencies, emergency management agencies, park ranger, outdoor education, and recreation agencies.

Approximately 35 Denver-metro area agencies will be participating in the event. Attendees will be able to meet face to face with professionals in the emergency services and outdoor education fields and explore career opportunities available.
