Figure Painting Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn how to draw the nude figure proportionately, how to mix colors, and paint the human form. The instructor will be demonstrating in oil paint, but students may work in any wet medium they choose. With the help of the instructor, the student is open to making an original painting with the option of working through a wide range of materials.

Materials:
Students will need to bring their own brushes and paint to work with (oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, or ink) An 11”x14” canvas board or an 11”x14” sheet of watercolor paper will be provided. If you would like to work on an alternative surface, please come prepared with your own.
