Reflexology Professional Certification

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle art and a holistic healing technique. Reflexology uses gentle pressure on the feet or hands and works reflex points that correspond to different areas of the body. It has been shown to reduce stress, improve the bodies healing ability after major surgery. It has been integrated into the health field by doctors, nurses, and massage therapist. The pressure to the reflex points is a soothing combination of gentle and deep pressure. It is relaxing and many clients fall asleep during their session. Reflexology and energy work assist in the client’s own self healing and brings a balance to body, mind, spirit and emotion.
