Print Production and Quality Assurance

Your project is important to us and believe it or not, we have a very methodical process!  Please read below.

Pre-Production

1. Project request submitted by client (the info below is obtained in the Creative Project Request Form on the home page of the marketing-communications section filled out for every request we receive).

               Upload design samples/ideas

               Upload copy and additional assets
               *Does project require use of a legal disclaimer or grant language? If so, attach disclaimer

2. Submitted request goes to corresponding VP for review and approval
3. Request approved by VP
4. Request received by design team
5. Design team reviews request for completeness
6. Design team emails client acknowledging request has been reviewed – Requests additional assets if needed
7. Project is assigned to a designer

Production

1. Assigned designer reviews project request
2. Designer informs client they have taken on project
3. Designer gathers necessary assets
4. Designer develops comps
5. Designer submits comps to lead for approval
6. Designer submits comps to client for feedback and selection
7. Designer begins building final artwork
8. Multiple rounds of revisions are made until client approves of artwork and copy
9. Client receives approvals from their department leads if necessary
10. Designer requests print estimates if needed
11. Designer submits artwork for final approval before print
12. Designer submits artwork to Director of Marketing for approval before print

Post Production

1. Designer sends high-res artwork to printer
2. Designer approves proof from printer
3. Designer contacts client when project is received
