Marketing and Communications Services

Advertising

Our team creates customized advertisements for all RRCC departments/programs/organizations. To begin the process, please submit a Formstack request.

We have many free advertisement outlets that we utilize, however, some advertisements are budget dependent.  We can offer paid advertising depending on your budget.

 

Business Cards

Official RRCC business card templates are available for all staff members. For assistance in the ordering process, please submit a Formstack request. Remember to carefully proofread your order before submitting.

Catalog

Marketing and Communications produces the college catalog each year. For more information about this process, please contact us via email at marketing@rrcc.edu with Catalog in the subject line. Submit edits for the catalog via the Formstack.

Digital Signage

In collaboration with our IT department, our team facilitates the digital signage located on both campuses. Need a message displayed? Please submit a request via the Formstack on our website.

Event Promotion

Our team has multiple means to help get the word out about your event, including our official social media channels. To get this process started, please submit a request via the Formstack on our website.

Filming/Photographing on Our Campuses

Unless the film and/or photographing is a class assignment, written permission is required prior to production. Please contact us via email at marketing@rrcc.edu for more information.

Formstack

Need a new Formstack created for your department/program/area? We can design one for you. To get this process started, please submit a request via the Formstack on our website.

Letterhead

Request the official RRCC letterhead through Formstack. In your request, please be as detailed as possible regarding the planned usage of the letterhead.

Logos

Get access to RRCC's official logo files by filling out a Formstack. Please review the Brand Identity Standards for logo rules and regulations. RRCC entities may elect to use their custom "unit identifiers" on marketing materials specifically relating to their department/program/organization. Request your unit identifier through Formstack.

Mascot

To prevent the mascot from being misused, the Marketing and Communications team has created a watermarked version of the fox. If you would like to use the fox, mock up your design using the watermarked file and send it to Marketing for approval. To receive the watermarked version of the fox, fill out a Formstack.

Media Inquiries

All members of the media cannot enter any of our buildings on either campus without prior written permission from Marketing and Communications. If a network is covering a story connected to the college (including classes), our team should be notified before this occurs so that a Marketing and Communications team member can be present while members of the media are on campus.

Anyone appearing on camera in connection to or in representation of the college must have a signed photo/video waiver on file in the Marketing and Communications office. All media inquiries should be directed to Wren Barnes, the Director of Marketing and Communications, Public Information Officer and Media Contact for both campuses.

Name Badges

New Marketing Materials

Are you launching a new campaign for your department/program/organizations Let us help you! Our team of designers and marketing experts can save you time and money by being involved from the beginning. We develop and design marketing materials for all departments/programs/organizations areas on both campuses. To begin the process, please submit a Formstack request.

Newsletters

If you have created a newsletter (print or digital) for your department/program/organization, please submit it for approval through Formstack prior to distribution. Please allow two business days for a response to your approval request.

News Release

If you have a news worthy story, please submit a Formstack request. You will then receive an email from the Director of Marketing and Communications who will collect the necessary information to write a news release. We will then distribute the news release for you to all Denver metro area media contacts. We are also happy to send your news release to industry-specific publications if this additional information is provided. All news releases should be written by and distributed to the media by the Marketing and Communications team.

Photo/Video Services

To ensure the consistency and integrity of our college’s brand and identity standards, the Marketing and Communications team produces promotional videos for all RRCC departments/programs/organizations. To begin the process, please submit a Formstack request. 

The Marketing and Communications team also serve as the managers of the college’s official YouTube channel. All video content must be approved by the Marketing and Communications team prior to distribution.

We provide photo and video services for events and programming that specifically promote the college. We do not provide these services for individuals, i.e. staff and faculty headshots. If we are unable to fulfill a photo/video request, we will provide a list of outside vendors.

Please note that anyone appearing on camera should complete and sign a photo/film waiver release. A digital copy of this form is available by release. The exception to this is/are photos taken and/or filming occurring in public spaces on campus, i.e. the Great Hall, the Grand Foyer, graduation, etc. If you have questions about this, please contact us via email at marketing@rrcc.edu.

The Portal (“The Rock”)

We are able to make specific editorial changes to The Rock. Certain changes can only be made by our system office. To start this process, please submit a Formstack request. Please include as many details as possible in your submission.

PowerPoint

Request RRCC's official PowerPoint template through Formstack. In your request, please be as detailed as possible regarding the planned usage of the template.

Promotional Items

All requests for promotional items should be submitted through Formstack. Branding approval is required for all promotional items created outside of the Marketing and Communications department. You may submit materials for approval though Formstack.

Reprinting/Updating Marketing Materials

Social Media

Our Social Media Specialist is always looking for college-related content to share on our official social media channels. To begin the process, please submit a Formstack request.

An application process must be completed and approved prior to creating a social media accounts connected to the college. To receive the application, please submit a Formstack request.

Templates

Marketing and Communications has developed 200 print templates to accelerate the production of basic promotional materials. There are ten designs at four different sizes (4x6, 8.5x11, 11x17 & 24x36). Each design is available in all five RRCC brand colors. Interested in using a template design? First, fill out a Formstack request. Be sure to include all of the details about your project. A designer will select a template for you based on word count and the category of your ad/promotion. You’ll receive a polished, print-ready design in your inbox shortly after.

Website Editing

Marketing and Communications creates and updates official program/department/area logos. We also provide Content Contributor training for our website. To become a Website Content Contributor for your program/department/area, the completion of a two-part training session is required, as well as supervisor approval. We offer training sessions during specific, scheduled times throughout the academic year. To get this process started, please submit a Formstack request.

YouTube
