RRCC to Sponsor TENT Talks at Jeffco Fair & Festival
Featuring short, powerful conversations that inform and inspire

LAKEWOOD, CO - Red Rocks Community College is proud to participate in Jeffco Fair & Festival, August 11–14 at the Jeffco Fairgrounds, by presenting TENT Talks - a series of inspirational and educational talks.

TENT Talks will be delivered all four days of the festival in the Fair Central area of the event.  The 20-minute talks from community experts will cover topics as varied as scarecrow-making, beekeeping, climate change, goal-setting, becoming a better neighbor, and many more.  RRCC law enforcement instructor Cliff Dawson will present Law Enforcement Careers, discussing how the occupation has changed over the years and the reality of who might succeed in policing.  Visit celebratejeffco.com/events/tent-talks for the full schedule of talks and times.

The new Fair & Festival will also feature multiple main stage acts of live bands, plus a vast variety of atmosphere entertainment such as horses and human artists from Cirque du Soleil and Cavalia, costumed historical figures, magicians, chainsaw woodcarving demonstrations, and children’s activities.
