• Current medical background check/drug screen- You can complete the background check here.  If you have any questions regarding the background check, please contact Customer Experience department at 888.723.4263 ext. 7194 or reach them by email at customerexp.cu@castlebranch.com. (follow these steps for automatic submittal to RRCC HR: Click on Place Order, select RRCC, select Nursing, click on select option, select new student, follow directions to complete order form)

• Statement (original signed healthcare form ) from Healthcare Provider that includes:

• Negative PPD (within 12 months) or negative chest x-ray if history of positive PPD

• Two doses of MMR vaccine if born on or after 1957; one dose MMR vaccine if born before 1957, or positive measles, mumps and rubella titers

• Varicella vaccination, positive immune titer or reliable history of varicella infection

• Completed Hepatitis B series (3), positive immune titer or declination

• Tdap vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis)

• Seasonal influenza vaccine (October-March)

• Covid vaccination

• RN license number (active or expired)

• Copy of current driver’s license or other photo ID

• Proof of current health insurance

• BLS for Health Care Professionals (American Heart Association)
