Maximize Transfer Credit – Save Time and Money – Ease Financial Aid Challenges at Regis University

Regis University College for Professional Studies will now accept the transfer of any Associate of Applied Science Degree in completion into our Bachelor of Applied Science Degree Program. This new pathway for AAS graduates is set up to allow students to remain and complete a third year of coursework (up to 90 credits) at their community college and complete the final course work with Regis for a total of 128 credits. Students can earn a Bachelor of Applied Science with the following specializations: Interdisciplinary Studies, Management, Homeland Security and Community Interpreting.

Students are encouraged to apply early with a minimum of 30 credit hours or approximately one year before they are scheduled to complete their AAS. This process will allow students early on to be assigned to a Regis academic advisor. Regis University is a partner in the Financial Aid Consortium Program with all Colorado community colleges. As a result, this program allows community college students to house their financial aid with Regis (as the Home School) all while continuing taking classes at the community college (the Host School). The student’s academic advisor at Regis must approve third year courses for credit.
