Project Description:
Project consists of constructing a new approximately 28,000 GSF Nursing Education Building located within the FRH development area in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with targeted occupancy in Fall 2027. The building will support instructional and program functions and will require coordination across site development, utilities, and subdivision infrastructure.

Project Description:
Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) Lakewood Campus, West End. The Project consists of the removal and replacement of six, (6) natural gas-fired, DX cooling rooftop units on the roof of the Fire Science Building. The rooftop unit designations for this work are as follows RTU-1, RTU-2, RTU-3, RTU-4, RTU-7 and RTU-8. Work consists of disconnecting and reconnect existing electrical feeds and natural gas. Integrate the rooftops to the existing Campus building automation systems.
An alternate price shall be received for RTU-5 and RTU-6.

Replace/Upgrade Emergency Generator, Lakewood Campus

Project Description:
Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) Lakewood Campus, Main Building. The scope includes a new standby generator to be installed to serve the data center and additional loads. A new transfer switch and a new distribution panel, HPG, is also to be installed to serve all loads on the generator. Refer to demo and new one-line diagram for refeeding the new distribution panel. A significant shutdown of the existing switchboards will be necessary and need to be coordinated.
Basis of design is a CAT Natural Gas Generator DG350. See attached cutsheet.

Replace East Wing Roof, Lakewood Campus, Phase 2 of 2

Project Description:
a. This project includes the removal of existing roof systems and associated flashings for in-scope roof replacement areas. The Contractor will be required to furnish and install a new fully adhered black EPDM membrane roof assembly system at all roof replacement areas. All work will include new flashings and new sheet metal (fascia metal, parapet cap, counter-flashings, roof jacks, etc.) as shown per roof deck assembly on the drawings.
b. All work noted above to be performed as specified in accordance with the design drawings, specifications, and governing building codes.
