Over 2,900 students receive some kind of financial assistance at Red Rocks Community College each year. In order to receive federal financial aid students are required to complete a FAFSA for each academic year that they expect to enroll at RRCC.
Most Financial Aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served
basis. To assure your application is processed and awarded prior
to the first day of class Priority Dates have been
established. Students can still apply for federal aid throughout
the academic year, however it is strongly recommended that you submit
your application prior to the established priority date in order
to have your aid accounted for when student bills are processed.
Information on Red Rocks Community College policies
and procedures can be found throughout this web site and in the
Financial Aid Handbook
(PDF). It is every student's responsibility who applies
for aid to be familiar with the contents of this document.
