Work Study

  • Work Study is a Federal and State-funded program permitting students to earn a salary by working part time on campus. Click here for more on work study.
    • Work up to 20 hours/week on campus
    • Level I- $8.00/hour, Level II - $8.75/hour
    • Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits for the semester in which they are working
  • How do I know if I am eligible for Work Study?
    • You must apply for Financial Aid (FAFSA) in order to learn of your eligibility.
    • Contact the RRCC Financial Aid Office: www.rrcc.edu/financial-aid
    • Call 303.914.6256 for general Financial Aid information.

Student Hourly

  • Student Hourly employment allows students to work part time on campus, with wages paid by the hiring department.
  • Student Hourly is not connected to your Financial Aid status
    • Work up to 20 hours/week on campus
    • Level I- $8.00/hour, Level II - $8.75/hour
    • Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits for the semester in which they are working

Time Sheet: All student employees are required to record hours worked at RRCC on electronic time sheets.  These time sheets are located in the Employee Tab of  “the Rock”.  Please contact Michele McCall or 303.914.6300 in Human Resources if you cannot access your time sheet or if you have time sheet questions.
