Log into The Rock student portal and click on Financial Aid Requirements to view the documents you must submit to RRCC's Financial Aid Office.
The deadline to submit documents and be considered for fall financial aid is December 1 before the fall semester ends. The spring deadline is May 1, and the summer deadline is July 15. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Submitting documents close to these deadlines puts you at risk of not qualifying for financial aid. Loans generally cannot be processed after the semester has ended.
If you are asked for a tax return transcript for verification purposes, please follow these instructions to obtain your IRS tax return transcript. Here are some tips from the IRS to help you get your tax records as well.

If Financial Aid is missing information from you, missing requirements will be listed under the Financial Aid card in The Rock student portal. The portal may direct you to log into Student Forms to complete your file.
To complete your financial aid file, create a Student Forms account. Make sure your email address and all other personal information matches your FAFSA exactly.
Note: Your email address may automatically default to your student email, and you will likely need to update this to reflect your FAFSA email.
Forms that are not available in Student Forms can be dropped off, emailed from your student email account, faxed, or mailed to the RRCC Financial Aid Office:
