Log into The Rock student portal and click on Financial Aid Requirements to view the documents you must submit to RRCC's Financial Aid Office.
The deadline to submit documents and be considered for fall financial aid is December 1 before the fall semester ends. The spring deadline is May 1, and the summer deadline is July 15. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. Submitting documents close to these deadlines puts you at risk of not qualifying for financial aid. Loans generally cannot be processed after the semester has ended.
If you are asked for a tax return transcript for verification purposes, please follow these instructions to obtain your IRS tax return transcript. Here are some tips from the IRS to help you get your tax records as well.
Instructions for Forms:
- You need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher to view these pdf forms. To view a form, click on the link, download it and save it.
- Fill out the form and re-save it before sending it to the Financial Aid Office. Keep a copy for your records.
Submit it in any of the following ways:- Scan the form and email it as an attachment to finaid@rrcc.edu from your secure, RRCC-issued student email account, or
- Print and fax it to 303.914.6805, or
