Location: Lakewood Campus SRC Fitness Studio I
Mondays 1-2pm (starting week of August 28)
Barre is a zero impact, total body HIIT workout based on ballet & Pilates. The focus is on strength, aerobic capacity and posture. Define, lengthen and sweat! We work in bare feet with a yoga mat & light weights.
Group fitness classes included in your membership. Sign up not required.
