Outdoor Pavilion Performance on Lakewood Campus

LAKEWOOD, CO - The Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) Theatre Arts and Dance Department, in partnership with Student Life and the IDEA Lab, will present Richard O'Brien's THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW (Book, Music and Lyrics by Richard O'Brien) in concert version one night only at the outdoor Pavilion at Red Rocks Community College, Lakewood Campus, on August 13th at 8:00 pm. THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals. www.concordtheatricals.com
This cult classic rock ‘n’ roll, sci-fi, gothic musical features favorites like “The Time Warp” and “Sweet Transvestite.” Audience participation is encouraged in the form of costumes, dancing in the grass, sassy call outs, and props. But leave the kiddos at home. Adult themes abound in this show.

Audience members may bring blankets, camp chairs, and props to join us on the beautiful lawn at the Pavilion for this iconic audience participation show. The first 50 audience members to arrive will receive goodie bags with audience participation props. Student Life will also sponsor a costume contest prior to the show.

Tickets are free (donations appreciated). Reservations may be made through this link:
