Career Opportunity in Wyoming (www.whrn.org - Wyoming Health Resource Network)

This is a full-time 40-hour per week opportunity with flexibility for a 4-10 schedule. Schedules can change dependent on clinic needs and staffing.
  • As a Federally Qualified Health Center we are a National Health Service Corp approved loan repayment site with a current primary care HPSA score of 22.
  • Annually salary range is $120,00.00 to $140,000.00 DOE.
  • Re-location assistance is provided based on the distance to relocate and is a direct reimbursement.
  • Tiered CME (first 3-years is 3 days and $2,500 annually) Cost for state licensure are reimbursed at start and upon renewals.
  • PTO is 20 days annually with an additional 8-days of paid holidays.
  • All malpractice coverage is provided under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
  • CHCCW offers a wide range of benefits including medical & dental coverage, vision, employer paid life insurance, 403B retirement plan with company contributions.
  • The state of Wyoming has no state income tax with a 6% sales tax rate.

Anthem Primary Care is a private medical clinic seeking dedicated and professional Physician assistant to join our family practice team. We are focused on providing high quality patient care.

Location: Broomfield, CO

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, personalized medical care to our patients in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform physical examinations and take detailed patient histories. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide personalized treatment plans.

- Treat patients in Clinic and virtually though telehealth

- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
- Provide counseling and education to patients on preventive healthcare measures

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and deliver exceptional care

- Maintain and document patient encounters accurately and timely in electronic medical records

- Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current state licensure and board certification
  • Proven experience in a primary care or family practice setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Skills
- Proficient in medication administration, including dosage calculations and drug interactions
- Skilled in performing vital signs assessment and monitoring patients' overall health status
- Knowledgeable in pain management techniques and able to develop individualized treatment plans
- Familiar with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Experienced in conducting thorough physical examinations to assess patients' health conditions

Salary: $40-$65/Hr. + Discretionary Bonus, CME allowance: $2500 annually
