Fulltime Physician Assistant (PA-C) position immediately available with Memorial Regional Health (MRH) Medical Clinic located in Craig, Colorado. Memorial Regional Health a small health system that includes a critical access hospital and four associated multi-specialty clinics. The current PA need is with the Family Medicine Team at the MRH Medical Clinic.

Clinic hours are 8-5 during the week and not open on the weekends.

Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in Ft. Collins, Colorado

Position Summary:  SummitStone Health Partners is looking for a licensed, certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with diverse backgrounds and abilities, as well as a perspective focused on equity, inclusion, and belonging to serve a diverse and varied population experiencing multiple vulnerabilities.  In this role, you will provide direct professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients in both the inpatient residential and outpatient environment at a community mental health center.  Primary focus of this position will be substance use and physical health as it relates to the inpatient setting. Major responsibilities of this position include:  function as the medical team representative to a multidisciplinary treatment team designed to offer comprehensive behavioral health services; evaluate patients for substance use and medical disorders, determine the appropriate course of treatment for the patients; ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting; and meet/maintain documentation standards and comply with county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to health care.

Requirements: Advanced Practice Nursing degree (APN) degree with ANCC certification or Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited university.  DEA Certification and waiver to prescribe buprenorphine (or willingness to obtain waiver).  Demonstrated commitment and experience working with persons from marginalized communities and other patient populations experiencing vulnerabilities.  Understanding and commitment to Medication Assisted Treatment and harm reduction principles.

Preferred: Spanish language skills.  Other language skills also beneficial.  At least 2 years' experience treating/serving persons with substance use and mental health needs.  Strong understanding of substance use treatment and knowledge of withdrawal management processes. 

Wage Range: $100,000/YR to $155,000/YR.
