Interpreting/Transcription Services

Requesting Interpreters or Real-time Transcription for Classes

Students must have been approved for the service during the intake appointment.

If you are a new student, you can come into the office for information relating to the intake process and the necessary steps for receiving accommodations.

Accessibility Services (AS) is located in Suite 1182 outside the Learning Commons on the Lakewood campus.  Appointments can be arranged at the Arvada campus, as well.

New students can also make an intake appointment by calling 303-914-6733 (V) or 720-336-3893 (VP).

New students need an appointment with the Interpreter Coordinator, Stacy Roe to discuss services prior to services being scheduled.

Returning students must submit a Semester Request Form each semester.  See the Forms page.

Requesting Interpreters or Real-Time Transcription for One-Time Events

To request services for an appointment or event, email a request one week prior to the event to stacy.roe@rrcc.edu.  Be sure to include the name of the person and the event, S number (if applicable), time, location, and any other pertinent information.
